Refund Policy

Because DomainVerdict provides digital valuation reports created manually, all sales are subject to the following terms.
1. Non-Refundable Services
Once work has begun on your report, the order becomes non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Differences in valuation opinion
- Buying a report and later changing your mind
- Providing the wrong domain name
- Providing the wrong email address
- Expectations of a different value outcome
- Failure to read the service description
- DomainVerdict’s valuation not matching marketplace prices
2. When Refunds May Be Provided
We may issue a refund only if:
- We cannot complete your report
- A duplicate order was submitted
- You were charged more than once
- A Stripe payment error occurred
Approval of refunds is at our sole discretion.
3. Delivery Issues
If you did not receive your report:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Ensure your email was typed correctly
If still missing, contact us:
We will resend the report at no extra charge.
4. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for a delivered digital report is considered misuse.
We reserve the right to:
- Report fraudulent chargebacks
- Block future orders
- Provide proof of delivery to Stripe or your bank
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact:
Include:
- Your name
- Order email address
- Domain name submitted
- Reason for your request
We typically respond within 48 hours.
