Refund Policy

Because DomainVerdict provides digital valuation reports created manually, all sales are subject to the following terms.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Once work has begun on your report, the order becomes non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Differences in valuation opinion
  • Buying a report and later changing your mind
  • Providing the wrong domain name
  • Providing the wrong email address
  • Expectations of a different value outcome
  • Failure to read the service description
  • DomainVerdict’s valuation not matching marketplace prices
2. When Refunds May Be Provided

We may issue a refund only if:

  • We cannot complete your report
  • A duplicate order was submitted
  • You were charged more than once
  • A Stripe payment error occurred

Approval of refunds is at our sole discretion.

3. Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your report:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Ensure your email was typed correctly

If still missing, contact us:

We will resend the report at no extra charge.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for a delivered digital report is considered misuse.

We reserve the right to:

  • Report fraudulent chargebacks
  • Block future orders
  • Provide proof of delivery to Stripe or your bank
5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact:

Include:

  • Your name
  • Order email address
  • Domain name submitted
  • Reason for your request

We typically respond within 48 hours.
