Welcome to DomainVerdict (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using https://domainverdict.com (“the Site”) and purchasing any of our services, you (“user”, “you”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

DomainVerdict is owned and operated by Aidor LLC FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. Description of Service

DomainVerdict provides paid domain valuation reports, which may include:

  • Estimated market value ranges
  • Comparable sales indicators
  • Keyword and brandability insights
  • Strength and weakness analysis
  • Investment recommendations

Reports are created manually or semi-automatically and delivered digitally to your email.

We do not provide guaranteed valuations, financial advice, or investment outcomes.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Are legally capable of entering into an agreement
  • Will use the service for lawful purposes only

3. User Accounts (Optional Feature)

We may offer user accounts now or in the future. If you choose to create one, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Be responsible for all actions taken under your account
  • Not share your account with others

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

Creating an account is not required to purchase a valuation.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By placing an order, you agree:

  • You are authorized to use the chosen payment method
  • All payments are final once work has started
  • Pricing may change at any time
  • Chargebacks for delivered reports are prohibited

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may withhold delivery.

5. Delivery of Reports

Reports are delivered to the email address you provide.
Delivery time may vary depending on the package selected.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect email entry
  • Spam/junk filters
  • Email delivery issues outside our control

If you do not receive your report, contact us at hello@domainverdict.com.

6. Digital Product Policy

You acknowledge that:

  • DomainVerdict provides digital services
  • Work often begins shortly after order submission
  • Once work begins, orders become non-refundable

We may offer refunds only if:

  • We cannot complete the report
  • A duplicate order was made
  • A payment system error occurs

Refunds are not issued for differences in valuation opinion.

7. Intellectual Property

All reports, content, text, formatting, analysis methods, and website materials are the exclusive property of Aidor LLC FZ.

You may not:

  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Resell
  • Publish

any part of the valuation report without written permission.

8. Accuracy and Limitations

Domain valuations are estimates based on available data.
We do not provide:

  • Guaranteed sale prices
  • Investment guarantees
  • Legal or financial advice

Actual domain prices differ significantly due to market conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for investment losses
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the price you paid for the specific report

10. Termination

We may refuse service or cancel orders if:

  • Fraud is suspected
  • Payment issues occur
  • Abuse or misuse of the service is detected
  • These Terms are violated

11. Affiliate Disclosure

DomainVerdict and Aidor LLC FZ may participate in affiliate programs, including partnerships with third-party services.

This means:

  • We may earn commissions when you click links or purchase services through affiliate partners
  • Affiliate participation does not affect your price
  • We only recommend services we believe are relevant or beneficial

This does not create any contractual obligation between you and the affiliate partner.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site means you accept updated Terms.
